I use these to portion out my dog’s wet food and freeze it. I wash them out after use and then reuse them over and over. They hold up to freezing and thawing and being cleaned WAY better than the best plastic ones. I’m never going back.

I love that they are compostable and keep my kids snacks fresh for school and daycare everyday. These are the snack size which are slightly smaller than my store brand snack size bags made of plastic but that’s not a problem for me. THEY SELL BIGGER SIZES! I don’t know why people are complaining about the size of snack size bags...I don’t use them to store any food for longer than 1-2 days so I can’t comment on long term freshness. But they hold up well in the fridge for that time.The label does encourage you to remove the seal before composting so I’m not sure how eco friendly that piece is? Would love for the company to clarify that.All in all I’m happy with the product and re-ordering it.

I love everything about them. Ease of use, compostible, inexpensive.

This product did not compost. I put it in my Lomi and when the cycle was done the bag was completely in tact. It shredded slightly but did not compost.

These bags are a little more expensive than your traditional plastic option.. I purchased to be able bolt you compost the bag in my lomi. These break down well in the composter which makes me feel good about the environment. As far as use, these are comparable to your traditional plastic sealable bag. We have put sandwiches, snacks, cheese, leftovers, and other kitchen items. The bags are quality material. No leaking. And the food remained fresh the same way they would with a plastic bag. Overall, they are a little more expensive, but I believe it is worth the investment.

These little green bags are great for dry snacks like crackers or chips, less so for fruit and vegetables.

I really like that I don’t have to feel bad about throwing these on the trash. If I have scraps I can put them in here then toss into the compost bin! They feel cheaply made but they really do hold up.

I like these fine. They last. They keep dangerous things in plastic from touching my (or my grand-dog's) food! I heard on NPR that just food lightly brushing against plastic is dangerous to us, and I hated using zip-locks, so IMHO these are a good solution. They wash easily and can be re-used many times. What more can you ask? Thumbs up on this product!
