These clips do nothing to affect snoring at all. I snore like a dragon and probably was so gullible in believing anything would work. This was either a 1). 3 am I can't sleep or think straight purchase 2). Drunk purchase 3). A gag gift purchase intended for someone else (namely me!)One benefit. Makes me look like the hipster dad I've always wanted to be (fake bull nose ring!)

Tried it out for couple weeks but no difference. This couldn't stop me from snoring, my wife is my proof. Do not recommend on these, doesn't work.

Came a day earlier than expected. Tried it and works great the air passageway opens more and you can breathe better! No more snoring!!

These fall out, they actually block your nostrils when they are actually in your nose and basically serve zero purpose. They actually hurt your breathing ability.
