As an Asian woman with stubborn grays, it's always been tough to find a hair dye that actually covers well without making my scalp burn or giving me a headache. Most drugstore brands are full of ammonia, smell awful, and leave me feeling miserable. Bigen Speedy Conditioning Color Refill in Shade 5 has been a refreshing change. Out of all the inexpensive brands I’ve tried, this one seems to have little if any ammonia, which is a huge plus. It doesn’t sting, has a much milder scent, and doesn’t give me a headache. The color covers my grays really well and actually lasts. It also doesn’t take too long to apply and process, which I really appreciate. My hair feels soft afterward, not dry or damaged. Also, I noticed Amazon sells this about a dollar cheaper per tube than the local Chinese supermarkets like Marina or Ranch 99, so I definitely prefer buying it online for the convenience and savings. Highly recommended if you want gentle, effective gray coverage that works especially well for Asian hair.

Very happy and satisfy with the product as describe

I live in USA and I thought if I wanted a Japanese hair dye I have to travel there to buy it since nobody sold it on line before. Not only it works for my course Asian hair, I only have to leave it on for 10 minutes and it’s not stinky like some hair dye and that’s a game changer. The price is not much higher than if I bought it in Japan, only reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars is because it dry my hair.

This hair dye is very effective and can last for more than two months after dyeing. The color is pure and the formula is environmentally friendly. This is my choice from now on.

Natural....no bad smell, easy to use, takes about 10-15 minutes...I can't think of any reason not to give a five star review, especially after we have been buying this on regular basis for more than a year. Yes, color is long lasting.

I and my wife have been using Bigen coloring for long time. I used to buy at Asian supermarket. But Amazon has more color to choose and good price. I got the refill which means it does not have the tray for you to fix the tubes. For this coloring product, it is required you to mix two different tubes and mix well before you apply on your hair. We had the kit with tray and brush. We wash and keep using it. The color is good. It is easy to apply. I like it does not have the strong chemical smell other coloring products have. And my scalp does not feel itchy. It has less harm chemicals which I like. I do like the color and the look of my colored hair. However, it does not last long.
