Very good quality + informative videos

It's got all the necessary equipment. The needle holder is good, the scissors are a bit rusty and hurt to use, but serve the purpose. They are sharp. The artery forceps, the scalpel are all fine. The toothed forceps also is great.Threads wise- they are small size 4, so very thin, and therefore difficult to practice with. A size 3 or 2 would have been better. The braided polyester thread was weak! Broke from the needle itself while I took one bite. That was a disappointment.Nylon and silk monofilament were good practice material, strong and durable. I was afraid the braided silk would also break but it didnt. So besides the polyester braided the others were fine, though in general, too thin.Great practice material- but the subcutaneous suturing video wasnt very helpful and didnt match up with the notes. That one was unfortunately difficult to master watching only the videos provided. The rest were great.

Very good for the purpose of learning and also many sutures come with the package and decent tools are present for the purpose of suturing, now I prefer a little large tool and a different steel but this is more than okay if you are in a stitch ;)

I actually bought this for my daughter for her 12th birthday. We finally got a chance to sit down and watch the videos and practice. I’m so amazed at how realistic the practice skin is and the quality of the materials and items. It’s absolutely useful for med students. And with supervision, a great, learning tool for younger people interested in medicine. The teacher in the videos is very good. He’s very clear, easy to follow and understand. The photo is all her work.

I am a nurse practitioner and often preceptor students. I purchased this kit so I can see the suturing skills of my students before I allow them to suture a human. The kit is small and easy to store on my bookshelf in my office, contains all the tools needed to practice suturing, and comes with access to online videos so I can practice some fancier suturing I do not often get a chance to do in the office. Overall this is a very well developed product that I would recommend to students and preceptors alike. Much more sanitary than practicing on chicken thighs or pigs feet!

I really like this suturing kit, it's better than more expensive ones, the online videos are great, pad hold up well for most suturing. I am impressed.This is not a paid review. I just tried many different suturing kits and I'm happy to have found a decent one which doesn't cost a lot.
