Brilliant
I am a complete beginner and this machine has been brilliant. Easy to set up and use thanks to the brilliant QR code sticker attached which takes me straight to all the tutorials on how to do everything, it's been a blessing to have that. Great idea. It came with lots of lovely accessories, which I am still to use, but great to have. It has some lovely stitch options to really elevate your work. It's really nice and quiet and has a lovely sturdy big foot pedal. The needle threader is amazing and saves heaps of time. I really am happy with this purchase and look forward to learning more. Definitely recommend. It also looks really nice and the protective dust sleeve when you're not using it is another lovely touch. Thanks x

Reasonably quiet
Had Bothers machine before, very nice in use and reasonably quiet, needle threader fiddley and takes a bit of getting used to.

Brother cs10 sewing machine
Easy to use and good choice of stitch options. Hope it lasts as long as the old Samsung machine.

Great machine for the price
As a beginner sewer I took a chance on this machine and I'm glad I did. So far I've had a little play and then I made a tote bag from denim. It sailed through 5 thickness of denim with ease. There's a good selection of needles and presser feet. Button holes are easy to do and the instructions are clear to understand with extra help on-line via their app. It's light enough to move around with one hand but it feels strong and well built. Easy to set up in seconds it even tells you what presser foot to use for each stitch you select. So far I've no bad points to report. I recommend this machine for beginners and experienced sewers.

Not good with all types of fabric using decorative stitches.
It is an ok machine on certain types of fabric like denim on thin parts of denim but as soon as it hits a thicker part of denim it starts sewing the same spot using decorative stitches and it doesn't sew well on stretchy fabric. The fabric gets stuck in the needle plate with stretchy fabric and feed dog doesn't feed fabric through with decorative stitches. Not good on all types of fabric with decorative stitches but sewing with straight stitch is good with all types of fabric. I didn't try with twin needles because I decided not to keep this machine. It also ruined 1 of my skirt when sewing decorative stitches because it kept sewing the same spot where the fabric was near the thickest part of my skirt.

Easy to use
I am an oap. Just started to sew so wasn't buying a expensive one. This is really a good buy to help me with my quilting. I found the needle threader good and use all the time
