You will never have to see a massage therapist again.
The NextRoller 3-Speed Vibrating Foam Roller is a device that both athletes and desk workers would benefit from.A few things I'd like to note:On one end of the foam roller there is a carrying handle and on the other, you can choose the level of vibration you'd like to use.You can use it with or without vibrations. It is denser than your typical foam roller. There are 3 levels of vibration intensity — 1 being the lowest, 3 being the highest. You get a 1 year warranty with this product.A full charge takes 4-6 hours, which "will give you over two hours of vibrating massage."-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------How long have you had it?I've had it for about a week and have noticed improvements in my flexibility. I also recover faster from workouts than I did previously. How do you use it?I go to a trigger point (a tense area on my body) with the vibration off to make pinpointing trigger points easier, turn on level 1 of vibration, and I breathe deeply and fall into a meditative state. When I foam roll this way I feel the tightness releasing as I relax over an area, as opposed to "fighting" with the foam roller and rolling up and down like a maniac. I do this all over and as soon as I'm done, I notice that my body is no longer as tense and that the pain I had was amended. If I go over an area that isn't tight but typically is, I will bump up the vibration setting to level 2 or 3 to give a wonderful massage and break up the fascia deep within the walls of the muscle tissue. That is the only reason why I would ever increase the vibration level from one.$100 is too much for a foam roller!Well, consider what you're getting. This is a foam roller that vibrates, so you can go to those areas where you're experiencing pain, and get seemingly instant relief. In other words, it pays for itself. You know where you need a massage and can use this to help you with that.In comparison with a Hyperice Vyper, which is a vibrating foam roller at double the cost, you're getting a great product for half the price. Also, the NextRoller has grooves that give you a deep massage, while the Hyperice has a smooth surface. In conclusion, the NextRoller is a wonderful upgrade to the traditional foam roller and should be considered if you are looking into a more advanced version of self-myofascial release.

excellent roller with good vibration
This product work's really well. I have been using it for just a few days and it's really hard to pull me off it.Good parts about it:- The main roller is very sturdy made with high quality materials.- Vibration is powerful enough. I find myself using medium most of the time. The low is low enough to hug it against your face when you get headaches.- The nubs that stick out feel great and dig in the right spots.- The battery lasts a decent amount of time before being recharged.- Customer service was excellent. The box was missing the power cord so I sent a message and got a reply back really fast from the co-founder and was shipped one immediately.- It has a nice carrying handle.-great price in comparisonWhat could be improved:- The plastic on the dial and the power cord could be slightly higher quality.- The carry handle opens up to reveal the slot to charge the battery. It's a good design, but I wish it had enough space to fit the power cord. otherwise, it could get easily lost with other generic looking chargers.- there is a part between the nubs where it becomes more flat. Those areas there is a larger gap so it may be harder to roll when it hits that area. Not a big issue, but may take more effort in certain surfaces- the power cord could possibly be usb-a or usb-c cables so it is easily replaced if your power cord gets lost.

I love it! It's great
I just received this yesterday, charged it overnight and have begun using it today. I love it! It's great! The vibration is strong, the nubs on the foam are strong and useful. Just as another reviewer mentioned, the handle, however feels like an afterthought. It is chinsy and thin and plastic. It seems like they did a great job on the quality of the roller and got their product and when "Oops, we need a handle! What can we do?" the manufacturer said, "uh, well, we can stick this on but it's not going to be like the rest of the product". Out of desperation they said we have to go with it. That's what I imagine the situation went like. It's difficult to turn the handle back on to cover the charging port. It is tragic. So, that being said, I really have been enjoying my roller but alas, the handle just sucks. I would almost be tempted to toss it. There have been no crunching noises like some others have said but the motor slows down considerably when weight is applied to it. The 3 speeds are appropriate and all 3 feel quite different for different areas. I tried another vibrating foam roller from another manufacturer at my local running store but I like this one much better. Hope you enjoy yours!

Great product & great customer service
I’m a marathon runner & was having issues with my piriformis & hamstring. My traditional TJ Maxx foam roller wasn’t doing the job, so I went to my Luke Humphrey Running Facebook group & asked for suggestions. A few people recommended this. I bought it & loved it. It really hits my muscles deep & reached places my foam roller couldn’t. I used it for about a week & it lost its power. I assumed it took batteries, but soon realized it needed to be recharged. We’ll oops! My son threw out the box (“Take out the trash!!!”) with the cord🤦🏼♀️. I e-mailed the company & explained what happened, fully expecting to purchase a cord. Not only did they send me a new cord, they sent me a whole new unit & didn’t charge me. Wow!!! Highly recommend this because it works so well & the company provides amazing service.

Good product; bad customer support
The product seems solid, especially for the money. However, I had an issue with their support. The manual assures the customer that NR's responsiveness is so prompt that it's "scary." The only thing scary about it is the support never comes. I emailed them about 10 days ago and received a confirmation of receipt, but no later response with an answer to my question. After 4 or 5 days of waiting, I emailed them again -- still no response.

I made the right choice
It took me awhile to decide on the Nextroller, thinking about the cost and reading reviews. I am glad I did my homework and am very satisfied with the product. Delivery time was great and the roller arrived in perfect shape and ready to plug in. It is a compact and well made device. Charging is easy and no batteries required. I am not expecting miracles, 20 years after an accident, but am pleasantly surprised that fascia is already less tight and pain is down. The Nextroller is going to be an important part of my 2018 rehab team.

Second one I've purchased
Was a gift... The motor sounded a little "loose" vs the first unit I bought for personal use. That unit has a couple of spots where it "pops" when rolling because the plastic sounds cracked.Overall, it does a great job on quads and hips.

You gotta have this!!!
First I was slightly concerned that the external foam is more on the firm side than my current manual foam roller. But after use, I'm happy it is firm. The surface provides multiple surface traction types (smooth, intense traction, and something in between), and the firm exterior coupled with the vibration feature is actually perfect as I feel the firm foam really allows for deeper muscle penetration and better muscle relaxation.I love the ability to change vibration intensities from levels 1-3, depending on the area you're working on and what your needs are for each spot. I'm a crossfitter and often have sore muscles everywhere of different shapes and sizes. I really appreciate this Products ability to penetrate large and smaller muscle groups. After I've used it, I feel like I've had a deep tissue massage. It's awesome. It's also not as heavy as I expected, based on the fact there is a motor inside it. I'm experimenting with the battery longevity, but so far I am impressed and happy with it. I would definitely recommend this one.

After 3 times charged, will not charging anymore.
I bought it an April 01, 2023, and I used not to much, maybe once/twice a week. After 3 times fully charged, will not charging anymore now.
