I like this bracelet because I can put it on and off with little difficulty one-handed and it is beautiful to look at, but is obviously an alert bracelet. The underside has the engraving. I have gotten so many compliments on it. It has a rose gold coloring. It is held together by magnet so if you bump into something you may find you stick to it (like the fridge) or it can get jostled off. But, so far, so good. It is also very comfortable and I forget that it is on.

This is a nice Looking Medic Alert Bracelet. It is a little flashy but I want it to stand out. Like the band part as it is very easy to get on and off. Ailments are listed on back in easy to read font. I am very satisfied.

Very happy with the purchase. Looks good. Easy to put on and take off with one hand. I do remove it when showering so do not know how it will hold up in water. Would purchase again if needed

It's attractive and wife likes wearing it. I keep finding it laying on the floor some where because of the ease of the clasp getting moved so the band is too loose to stay on the wrist.

I wore it once for a few hours and the main piece on the front fell off. I just lifted my hand up to get a pen and it flew off. I would be fine if they would just replace it with a new one that didn't fall apart. However, they said no returns or exchanges Even though it was not made well enough to even wear it one full time. Waste of money.

I love my medical alert bracelet. The magnetic clasp makes it easy to adjust, isn't bulky, dressy yet casual. My allergy list on the back of the bracelet will not be wearing off. I plan on purchasing another one in a different color. Thank you!!!

I get more compliments on this, as it’s more discreet than the average medical ID! Also I love how easily the bracelet adjusts! The magnet closure allows me to completely remove it and place it on my ankle on days where I’m just sweating too much on my arms. Then it becomes affectionately known as my ankle monitor!
