Nice product but too complicated
I've purchased it for my bsnl ftth works really great. & It support Gpon and epon both but they didn't mention how to switch between it... so if you plug Pot port first than it will work on Epon and if you olug power cable first than it will run Gpon...range is also great and it's really hard to create network and voip but worth every penny

Third grade product !
Tried to install and configure the modem over two months. Both bsnl staff and engineers from syrotech could not get it configured for bsnl. 8 visits over 2 months still I am sitting with this awful product which is not working.

The best for BSNL fiber net
Best for BSNL fiber net. Got the configuration details from the ISP and could easily configure it myself. Works great. No drops, no downtime. Seamless and fluent.

How to set Bandwidth Traffic by specific IP
I want to set bandwidth based on IP.For example : 192.168.101.2 to 192.168.101.7 will get 100 MBPS speed, rest of all will get 20 MBPS speed.How to do this?

Faulty router
The item do not show PON signal, NO support from Genesis Network, wasted Rs3999. Be careful before buy this item. If damaged item, you can't get replacement or support from Genesis Network who supply this item.

Avoid buying
Avoid buying this though some features are advanced than 2010. According to my bsnl engineer, seems router switches off when temperature goes above 24 (maybe 28). Hence none of the TIPs are giving this version though the price between 2010 and 4020 is only few hundred ₹ more, except some greedy sellers like this one charging too much
