I am an ICU nurse who has horrible foot pain due to plantar fasciitis. I have tried custom orthotics, OTC inserts, compression stocking and other braces with no real relief. First day of my 13 hour almost completely running I didn't really notice a big improvement. I still had the throbbing in my heel when I got up or took weight off my foot and I had a lot of bilateral lower extremity swelling. But halfway through the second shift I realized it wasn't hurting quite as bad. The true ""aahhaah" moment that I had with these was when I pulled them off at the end of the third day-- I didn't actually realize my feet weren't aching until I pulled them off and was immediately hit with horrible throbbing and burning. I wear these over compression hose in Dansko nursing clogs. These are definitely no over night miracle cure, but so far they seem to hold their compression and make my feet feel a little better.

Although flying for more than six hours requires moving around it's kind of challenging. I'm told we should have compression from the waist down but since only my feet swell I got these for my most recent 2016 overseas trip. Note I previously used the up-to-the knee compression socks. Couldn't wait to take those off overly constricting. But these little babies did the trick. I easily jumped off the plane without any swelling. Granted I am careful with what I consume as well; nonetheless even after washing these held the elastic and I use them when I'm at the computer for too many hours when working from home.

I am an ER nurse with a heel and plantar fasciitis. I have gotten new shoes, orthotics from roadrunner and profeasional custom orthotics that all work for a bit but ultimately I am still in pain, I have worn these for 3 nights in addition to knee high compression socks and my orthotics, so far so good, my feet aren't screaming at the end of shift.

The socks were as advertised, and fit as I had hoped they would, which was fortunate since "small", "medium", and "large" do not equate to shoe size. To help others, I ordered a medium, and my shoe size is 10-1/2, and they do fit well, giving a good compression. I bought them because I had foot surgery to repair a tendon several months ago and still have smwelling. Shipping was a different issue. They were supposed to be delivered on August 28, but did arrive until Sept. 13.

I walk 3 to 5 miles a day, and my feet are swollen by the end of the day. I wear the compression socks over my socks, and my feet are less swollen. Also, I like the extra support on my feet, I have very low aches. I did not give 5 star because I do not think the socks are very lasting, durable after washing.

These are amazing for so many reasons... the stopped the ankle swelling AND stopped the heal pain. Better still, the fasciitis was eased by day 3 and feels almost gone now a week later. I am more than a little surprised and pleased. They are snug yet easier to put on than a full sock. I can wear them under or over other socks as needed. Just wore them on a flight home over top of full compression knee highs and was very pleased with the state of my feet and ankles after 15 hours of traveling. VERY worth it for the price. They wash and dry like any other sock and so far are holding up well to almost daily use. ~ Brigit

Random heel pain has started now that I am 5+ months pregnant. These are a lifesaver! Allow me to be on my feet longer with far less pressure. My only complaint is that I have a little wiggle room between the top of the sock and my ankle, but this is by no means a deal breaker. Guess I just have small ankles?

I have bought 3 different brand of foot compression sleeves and these are very high quality. This brand seemed to fit the best as described. I ordered medium on this one and it's a great fit not being too tight as another brand medium pair I bought. They are comfortable under my socks and I can tell when I haven't worn them as my foot hurts more.

Heel pain has reduced but not sure if it due to the compression socks.
