Strong and sturdy!
I really like the product. It’s strong and sturdy. Three people (all different shapes, size, and height) have been using this pull up bar every day. I would say if you stick to your routine and workout every day, you’ll definitely get stronger.I had to remove my top trim in order to have the pull up bar fit where it should be (see picture). But I’m not too worried about that; I could always put it back on. It’s definitely safe and easy to assemble!I would recommend getting the pull up bar, but make sure you’re ready to remove the top trim if need be. Or just make sure it fits wherever you want it to be. Other than that, I have no problem with it. It performs well!

Got either a used, damaged or fake re painted one.
Looks like it’s either damaged or a used repainted one. Asking for replacement now. You can see the red paint underneath. And the handles slip really easily with two of the handles held on by zip ties.

Good buy but only as good as your door frame
This bar is very strong and will reliably hold at least 340#'s. Several hand grip positions make it versatile too. It is very heavy and relies on your door frame for strength so be sure your door frame will support the weight you're going to put on it before installing or you may find yourself in close contact with the cleaniness/dirt laden floor with bruises somewhere from your heavy duty pullup bar.

Solid. Flawed Handles.
The media could not be loaded. Good: very solid bar! Period. Best I’ve seen, extremely confident pull ups, fits door perfectly. Literally nothing to improve. (Except wish it was simple black color or better yet matte black)HUGE Flaw: handles. Bar gives you an impression and feel of best quality but rubber black handles tied with mini zip ties makes it extremely cheap. Mine arrived with a Brocken zip tie on one of the handles (I think I’ve gotten used product even though I bought it new since there was old box cutting knife inside the package someone left accidentally) but either way, handles move/rotate even when secured with those zip ties - this is bad. Probably gonna try to glue them and see what happens or take them off completely.Keeping this bar anyway, will deal with handles later, I’m pretty handy so gonna figure out solution for handles in a bit (but I shouldn’t need to do that for the price paid)

Malfunction smart locking mechanism
It arrived with one of the smart locking mechanism bent and wouldn't unlocked smoothly even after oil and WD40. Also, the bars having some scratches and chip paint as well as missing bracket screws.Anyway, the smart locking mechanism seems like a great idea, but in reality the placement is an obstruction to my regular grip that it touches my hands and can cause major injuries. I was force into gripping further away because of it. Hopefully, the company can re-design it facing toward the front instead of to the side. The price isn’t cheap but your get what you pay for, because it is made of solid heavy duty steel and it doesn't bend like other pull up bars.

Customer service?
Is there anyway to contact your store's customer service? Two of the grip pads on the inner bar are completely split down the middle. Is this a part of the design ? I included photos of the damaged grip pads. Also, the small switch/nob that allows the folding arm to fold, does not always stick in place, so the arm does not get held into place correctly, it just falls back down. I am disappointed with this item.
