Very potent,
a little goes a long way. I use it in anything from festive dark chocolate coco to coffee.

a little sweeter than I expected and not quite as strong per drop as others
Bottle is quite small but acceptable. I found it to be sweet which I didn't really want but not a deal-breaker. I found that one drop in about 7oz of liquid was weak. I needed 3 drops to really get a ginger taste. That could be my own taste buds, however I was expecting something stronger based on reviews.

I love gingerale and was looking for a gingerale type flavor without adding sugar or artificial sweeteners. This product fits the bill. ONE drop to a glass of plain or bubbly water is all you need. Will purchase again. Dianne Seward

Glad I bought this product
All you need is one drop of this stuff to punch up any beverage-- it's that concentrated. Although the bottle is small, it does last a long time and that's a good value!

Ordered the ginger. It smells like tea-tree. I tried it a glass of water. It would not devolve and looked like some kind of Polliwog.
