I used to use an electric bread knife for 20 years this is way better and easy to use

Great knives, but mechanisms fell apart after about a year
Nice sharp blades and great ease of use - these get the job done. Unfortunately the build quality was fairly cheap I think - the little screws and metal pieces that hold the mechanisms together broke off most the blades, rendering the set unusable after about 1-2 years, depending on the blade.

Very nice
This is an amazing knife. Fits great in the hand and it's well balanced. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I feel that it didn't maintain its sharpness when using it to fillet shark. Wish it came with a knife sharpener.
