Arrived quickly, well packaged. Slightly difficult to install, but took only about 15 minutes. A full sized outletbox is required. If your outlet is mounted in series, i.e. there are several outlets on the line, double wire inserts are provided for each wire (+ - ) .Product is solid and well made.USB ports work great.Two cover plates are provided, both 'snap on' and 'screw attached'.Very pleased, would purchase again

Great for charging, sometimes a tight fit in the box
Great replacement receptacle wherever you need a permanent charging station. Only issue with these is the back portion is BIG. It will not fit in a shallower electrical box and if there are a lot of wires passing through in your box behind the receptacle it may be a tight fit.

Nice for the $$.
Very nice for the money performs well. I've read the reviews about the screws not being long enough. this outlet is back-wired. It's not designed for the wire to wrap around the screws. It designed for the stepped wire to fit in small holes in the back of the outlet and then the screw tightens the wires internally. Easy to connect two wires to each screw.

Easy to install
Easy to install. The USB charges my phone quickly and frees up 2 outlets for other items. The guts of this outlet are larger than a standard outlet, so it may be a tight fit into box. I installed this in a metal box and had to wrap the connections with electrical tape so they wold not touch the box during installation.

Up in smoke!
Easy to install. Charged all 3 different phones really fast... For about a week. Watching tv one night and smelled the tell tale smell. Walked over to the outlet to see some smoke. Outlets were working but the circuitry to the USBs fried. Was going to install the second one at my dad's house, but not anymore. Not worth the risk. $32.99 down the drain!

Works great. Note of caution the outlet is deep so you'll have cram wires in behind it. If you have a shallow wall box it may not fit. However you most likely have standard outlet box so it should work.

Good quality
We installed one of these in our newly added kitchen island. It works wonderfully. Charges the phone fast and outlet is good.Just be aware that these outlets are bulkier than the usual non USB outlet. Therefore you would need a deeper outlet receptacle box.

These take up a bit more space in your wall because of the built in 5v transformer. If you have a shallow electric box they may not work. Other than that, if you have the space in the wall they work great. Charge just as fast as other 4 amp chargers.
