How soon should I expect to see results with about 20mins exercise per day 5x week?

But to get the most out of your efforts, you should make sure that those 20 minutes are at a high intensity & that you are also doing resistance training (not just cardiovascular work). Also, don't forget to combine those efforts with good work in the kitchen & making sure that your calories are on point, as that's a large part of where the battle is won and lost. Having said this, most people start to feel Vintage Burn working from day 1, the appetite suppression effects are felt around 3-4 days in, and around the 2 week mark is when you will start to see real differences in the mirror - where it counts :)We saw that you reviewed Vintage Burn poorly as you didn't see any benefits using it. Cory is exactly right.  While you don't overtly say it you do imply it with your question.  "Spot reduction" has been scientifically proven to be a myth,  how one loses fat is in the reverse order in which you put it on (last on first off, first on last off principle) typically people forget the order in which they put it on as so much time has passed.
