Each mold is designed to cook 11 ounces (320 grams) cheese.

Can i purchase 3 extra followers for these molds?

This set of cheese molds is only sold as a complete set.

Could I buy all white instead of the blue molds?

The blue molds are made of food grade plastic and this color is an indicator of the cleanliness of the cheese mold (no cheese residues after washing also). We made this set for ease of use of molds for different types of cheese. This set cannot be changed as such a combination is already packed.
