I’ve owned this necklace for 8 months now. After daily wear it has lost its polish/shine. It’s basically a grey and black chain and it happened over night. The company says to contact them but I have found no way to do so unfortunately. I was a really nice chain. But for it to only last 8 months is disappointing. I have people asking where I got “my black chain” now and it’s kind of funny.
