Good supplement for my prostate, now drinking nettle tea and prostate getting smaller

I have absolutely no way of knowing whether these were effective or not. They are certainly expensive and I have switched to something less costly - but I’ve still no way of judging the effectiveness

Die Beschreibung auf der Verpackung ist etwas irreführend. Dort steht pro Portion 450mg Extrakt enthalten und als Portion wird =2 Kapseln bezeichnet. Hier in der Amazon Beschreibung findet man nach genauerem Lesen, dass 1Kapsel 450mg enthält. Die Wirksamkeit kann ich noch nicht beurteilen. Ich habe dieses Produkt zum ersten Mal gekauft, da mein bewährtes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel RheumaHek nicht mehr erhältlich ist. Ich benutze es in den Wintermonaten um die Fingergelenksbescherden zu lindern. Gleichzeitig verhilft es meinen Haaren zu mehr Dichte und Glanz. Nachtrag nach 5 Monaten Anwendung: Absolut tolles Produkt. Entwässert deutlich und hilft mir auch mit der antientzündlichen Wirkung in der Zeit der Pollenallergie.
