Montealbor Parsley & Garlic Salsa Verde - Tapa Sauce from Spain 6.35 oz. (Pack of 3)

I tried my first jar at Ralph's during a sale for about $2. I looked on Amazon after as there was no way I was paying $10 or so at Ralph's regular price. Amazon has this pack of three for sale it looks like between $12 and $19, which is still a steal. I highly recommend. I use about 1/3 a jar on about 3-4 skinless chicken thighs, marinated overnight. I then cook it at about 375 convection for 35 to 45 minutes. I spoon the oil and marinade over the chicken throughout the whole time. I have been told by everyone who's tried it, that this is the best chicken. Try it!

Something weird about the flavor I can't figure out. Maybe the ingredients were old, because when I had purchased this at a grocery store, I remembered it tasting different. Wont buy this again, expensive for what it is, and it would taste better fresh.

One of the three jars arrived w the safety seal popped and some leakage. It was extremely hot that week. Nonetheless i have used this and it is FANTASTIC! Great mixed w sr cream or plain yoghurt as a dip or alone on a sandwich or iver pasta or anything else u can think of.

I LOVE This Stuff!!! I've used it in sauce spinach, soups, marinade on fish and chicken, it is superb!! I will buy lots more too

Love this stuff! Perfect flavor with right balance of garlic, goes good with darn near everything.

Not spicy like a Mexican salsa verde. Very garlicky and totally delicious. The BEST EVER dipping sauce for bread.

This sauce is amazing. We use it as a marinade on salmon and chicken. Just delicious.
