Found this combination each part of which Is essential for good absorption of each part...really boosts and maintains strong bones/joints/nervous system/myelin sheaths/immune system...highly recommended. And I’ve used a lot of different brands including shaklee which is also excellent and solgar. This is up there with them both. I also liked the attention to package detail. The lid is fab😎...thanks very much Natures Bounty.

The worst ever supplements. Keep in mind that the amount of supplements calculated from TREE tablets(caplets), not from one like do all other competitor companies.

I have taken this product for over a month now and it has been a great supplement, safe to use along with other vitamins and supplements I have. My joints have shown improvement and it has been proven much effective to take with vitamin D and glucosamine for more health benefits.

These are awesome! I was buying the same type of supplement from a local pharmacy for the same price but they stopped ordering it recently. Bummer. I came here and found this brand, gave them a try and they're exactly the same!

Doesn’t contain vitamin D which the doctor proscribed separately. I don’t want to get too much as it is in my daily multy vitamin, too

I let myself run out. That was a mistake.These are easy to take, don't taste icky, and are good quality.
