This book has a lot of information in it! It was great for the course that I had taken. I highly recommend this item.

This was the assigned textbook for school. It covers just about everything and it gives TONS of info. After using this book and having the knowledge of the instructor, I was able to pass the National Registry exam on the first try. This book does also come with a code for more resources. I'm glad I bought it because I didn't have to borrow a book AND if I need to go back and refresh my memory on something, I have it as a reference any time I want/need it.

One of the BEST EMT textbook on the market. Based on National Registry Standards, this book provides well organized, detailed instructional lessons for Basic EMTs. The chapters are topically organized, full of the best colored diagrams and photos I have seen in textbooks lately. I am a nursing professor and I am very choosey about the books I use, but this book has it all. With the access code you have the ability to access the Complete and condensed Slide presentation instructors use in class, comprehensive and abbreviated chapter outlines, Flashcards and more. I bought the student workbook too and between the two books, you will be so prepared for any EMT course and the National Registry Exam.

Book is very helpful for my class . It came in great condition. It has beautiful images and graphs.

I'm shocked that any book can still cost as much as this in this digital age. Found a really good price and it arrived a lot earlier than the estimated date. Some textbooks I resell after the class but this one may make a good first aid reference guide.

The physical version of this textbook is GINORMOUS. I hate carrying heavy textbooks, and prefer to use kindle versions whenever possible, that way I can take my tablet wherever I am and do some reading.Content wise, this version of the textbook has exactly what the physical version has. It is not, however, an exact replica of the page layout of the physical version. I don't really care about that, as long as the content is the same I will get what I need out of the book.One thing to note is that there is NOT an access code with this version. I called the JB Learning and purchased the access code as a standalone. When I bought the access code, I was able to use a discount code. I am not sure if that is something they always do, but it made the overall price of the kindle version textbook and the access code to be less than what the physical textbook would have been - so that is something to think about.As for the textbook itself...all l I can say is that it is a textbook. Course reading is not always exciting, but this book gets the job done, and is an integral part of the EMS training.
