Great Style, Decent Performance, Nice Packaging
Update (8.19.2016):I am reducing my rating to 3 stars because of poor connectivity. Most of my review below is still accurate, but the "uninterrupted" sound is now sometimes garbled and, well, interrupted. I checked on multiple devices before posting this update, and if I wasn't just a few days past my return window, I would return them. Using them with a cord will completely defeat the purpose of these headphones. I guess I'll just have to deal with the occasional poor performance until I find time to deal with warranty service. More updates may appear i the future...______My first week with these headphones have been great. Battery life is good, sound is decent for the size and price range, construction is solid and very attractive, and they're pretty comfortable (if not a little warm) to wear for an hour if needed. The microphone works well enough for all the calls and Skype conferences I have used them for thus far. The range could be a little better, but I bought these specifically for WebEx style conferences and while standing at my desk, the sound is crisp and uninterrupted.I have not yet tested them with the included audio cable for non-bluetooth sound, but every pair of BT headphones I've owned sound better in analog mode. I may update this review in the future as I use the headphones more, but if this headset fits your style and budget, then I would definitely give them a try.

Excellent for the price!
Update 12/7:I've reached out to Photive over email, phone, and their support page and received no reply.Very disappointing. Their facebook page is full of similar complaints.Update 11/30:Unfortunately, after a few months of use the band has become separated from the earpiece. It's hard for me to determine exactly what failed since it is still covered in the leather material.I only use these at the office so they weren't abused at all. It really bums me out that these failed because they seem very well built at first. I suppose under the leather are bad material choices or bad design. I'll contact the company and update you if they make it right. These headphones are awesome. Pretty much the entire exterior is leather or aluminum with a nice quality feel. They sound pretty good, they aren't going to blow you but they sound pretty good by my standards.I saw someone complain about the buttons on the side. In my opinion, that's the perfect place for them so that they don't get pressed if you're laying down on your side or up against something like a head rest.I do have a minor issue, I would really like it if the headphone and Iphone volume were linked, so adjusting one adjusted the other. The Bose Soundlink has this feature and it's very nice to be able to use both devices.

Pretty Great.
EditI have to give Photive top marks for customer support. They refunded my account and said that my issue isn't typical of this Model. Maybe you will have better luck than me... I wish they hadn't failed because otherwise they are great.EditThe volume controls jam. The original lasted 6 months of light use, the replacement set a few weeks. Shame to say, don't buy them.Very very happy with this product. Well made, beautifully presented and most importantly works flawlessly. I have a few models of mid -high end wired headphones which I enjoy in the right environment. The fit and finish of these is every bit and good and the sound quality is absolutely fine for unencumbered listening on the go. You'd have to be a serious 'reviewer', worried About your 'reputation' to complain in any way about the sound.. the reasonable price just makes it better. Certainly for music services streams and audio podcasts. Of course there's Bluetooth latency which means audio and video will be out of sync if you watch a movie using the wireless connection... but dont worry these headphones have a wired bypass connection which works like a wired unit even if the battery goes flat... nice cable included too! So if you're trapped on a plane and need to watch a flick or play a synth you are covered. The ear pieces swivel to slip into a small carry bag ... instructions are clear ... there's no downside to trying these out.

... of very cheap quality plastic and will break very easily. Just over a month of very light use ...
The headband is made of very cheap quality plastic and will break very easily. Just over a month of very light use and the headphones were not fitting my head properly anymore. Tried to get in touch with Photive, No reply as expected. SquareTrade also simply flashed a messaged that accidental damage was not covered (there was no accidental damage to the product). After losing all hopes I tried to figure this out on my own and opened the leather on the headband. only to notice that the headband had broken from the inside. Basically, the headband is made of very cheap quality plastic with no tensile strength, due to which it had snapped from the inside of the leather cover. Such a small break has made the headphone useless as the device doesn't sit well on the head anymore.Photive doesn't have any customer support in place.

Awful Bluetooth ruins it
I really wanted to love these headphones. They looked quite nice -- they should, given the clear "inspiration" from the B&O H2s. And the price was right. My first impressions upon receiving them was indeed these headphones are built and designed well. The materials feel high-quality and the packaging is nice. Pairing was straightforward. The headphones felt comfortable, but perhaps not quite as tight as I'd like it.The problems began with the actual Bluetooth streaming. The audio quality itself was not bad to actually pretty good, but the streaming quality was unacceptable. Audio skipped A LOT -- nothing more frustrating than that! I know Bluetooth is flimsy, but I've used many other speakers and headphones in the past, and most did not have these garbled/skipping audio problems. I tested across multiple devices and platforms, and when I realized there were problems in all of them, I returned the pair.
