Super Helpful!
I almost went with a more aesthetic deck, cause let's be real... these are a bit boring looking lol A bit serious for me. I might decorate them eventually cause i like colours and pastels more! But looks aside, these are amazing for daily DBT skill practice. I don't regret buying these AT ALL!I take out ONE card daily atm because i am doing Mindfulness. Once i move to distress tolerance, i will draw two cards. Once i finish my whole course, i will start drawing 4 cards daily, one from each module & practice through the day. Really great way to keep practicing these life saving skills!

A useful tool !
These cards were recommended by a close friend. Most who are familiar with behavioral therapy would find these cards to be a useful tool.I find flipping through the deck to be helpful especially when too distracted to concentrate on reading from a text.

Oh ja, doch, ist nützlich. Wer viel meditiert, usw. kennt die Aufgaben. Aber es ist ganz nett sich jede Woche eine Karte vorzunehmen.
