The washer reservoir is not frozen, and the fluid freely sprayed onto the windshield. However, it was 25 degrees Fahrenheit outdoors; the washer fluid was mixed for -18 degrees Fahrenheit, but spraying the windshield to remove the morning frost made the situation worse, not better.
