Since I’m vegetarian, I use this in a spice mix for my Italian tofu sausage. Absolutely delicious! I have not been able to find it in stores in a reasonable size and this is perfect.

I like fennel a lot. It's what makes Italian sausage taste Italian. I used to grind my own fresh, and it was a chore, so I didn't use it as much as I would have liked. I had never seen it for sale ground as a single spice in a grocery store. What a find! Enjoying it very much. The smell is wonderful.

I use a lot of fennel in my cooking and this is probably the best I have found so far. It's ground up really fine so I'm able to get pretty precise measurements for my recipes, and am able to easily control its distribution where I want to, in my dishes. The flavor is just right...smooth, sweet fennel just as you would expect. This will last me a long time, but plan on buying again when I run out.

Tastes like black licorice. We actually bought to give our bull dog (who has the worst gas). This definitely has helped by about 50%. We just give about 1/8-1/4 tea with each meal... our dog eats so fast he doesn’t even notice. I’ve even tried it too, I think it helps too.

I really like how it tastes. It's super fine and I mix it in with everything. Was a great buy.
