Literally lasts 2 days in my safe. I hoped that maybe I just didn't charge it enough, even though it charged for about 18 hours, but even after a 24 hour charge it only lasts about 2 days. All the beads started out blue as described but even at a full charge humidity gauge registered high. Hate writing bad reviews but this was a waste of money for me. Will be buying a different one for future use.

After plugging this in until it indicated it was dry I installed it in my safe (abut 35 cubic feet) an checked it in two days and found it indicating it was wet. In the past I've used the boxed silica gel type and would last about one month. My hopes were high for this dehumidifier but_____; ;Update; Now about 3 months later and it has only gotten worst! Save your money, I wish I would have.

Isn’t able to handle bathroom/shower humidity at all. Maybe for a small closet

Well, it really sucks the humidity out of things. Have had it in my firesafe for a couple weeks. Have had to dry it out twice already, as it pulls out the moisture. Easy to do, just plug it in for awhile.

These are a must have if your gun safe is away from an outlet. I have two similar types of these in a 12 gun safe. Drying them is a snap and the cord provided makes it easier to do so.

This really keeps my cupboard dry when. the hot humid days hit my home. i purchased another brand for my bath and it is not working as well.

Just had to charge it over night and had some magnets JB welded in the back to have it in my safe. No cons.Wish I could post up pics to show how this dehumidifier looks in my safe.

Works as should and usually recharges within a day.
