Considering the low price, it’s an OK chair. Typical cheesy Chinese workmanship, but most of Amazon stuff is.

I ordered this chair looking for an office chair that had a very straight back, but still looked dignified enough for the office. I would say if that is what you are looking for, two cheers for this chair. The chair itself feels pretty study, and the back is in fact very straight. It looks nice. The bottom cushioning is minimal, so after eight hours in the chair at work, I find myself wishing the padding was a bit more, but if you prefer a stiffer chair this will work for you.What gets ZERO stars is Amazon's delivery & assembly service. They arrived on time, worked on the chair for 20 minutes, and then started asking me for tools. I work in a law firm; we do not have tools, which is why I paid for these assemblers in the first place. 20 additional minutes later (two guys working on one chair for 40 minutes), they informed me that it was assembled except for one bolt, which they could not get in, and in the process, stripped the head, thereby ruining the whole mess. They advised me of this and left. That is the standard of service Amazon's delivery people observe, so if you are looking for something more—ahem—competent, look elsewhere.

It is a cheap Chinese quality chair. Definitely not worth $300, MAYBE $100 on a good day. The wood and wheels are flimsy, but the material looks decent quality . However, it looks AMAZING, and I couldn’t find one that looked this good for any cheaper elsewhere .. so I just had to bite the bullet. It is what it is.. welcome to Joe Biden’s America.I have a feeling the cheap plastic wheels will break at some point .. if so, I’ll upgrade to metal casters.In conclusion: overall a good looking chair, but needs some reinforcements/additional screws here and there/ and upgraded wheels in order to feel as good as it looks.. if you’re a handyman that can DIY, then I’d say definitely buy it.It looks very baller, like an executive Italian mobster chair. Gets lots of compliments.

The oxblood color is no joke- I thought it would have been a little more red, but it looks distinguished in my office. The shipping was fast and the packing was particularly impressive- as not to mar the wood on the arms or feet. Easy to assemble out of the box and the wood and nail tacks give it a more sophisticated look than the previous silverized plastic on the previous office chair. The cushions (both lumbar and seat) are particularly plush to the point you almost feel like you are falling into the chair. Everything is held together with sturdy bolts, so this thing is going to be around for a while. The only complaint that I may offer is that the oxblood material does not seem to breathe very well. I would buy it all over again regardless, because it is half the price of similarly styled & quality chairs.

Easy assembly and a very nice looking chair. I replaced a very uncomfortable Executive chair, with this one. Very pleased with the look, but after a year the material on the arms began separating from the foam. Manufacture was kind enough to replace the arms, but the replacements had to same issue less than 6 months later. The seat material is also separating from the foam. I’m not sure if it a low quality glue, but one would think a chair that isn’t cheap, wouldn’t be cheaply made. If this is going to be your daily use chair, I’d look elsewhere. If it won’t be used that often, it’ll probably look good a lot longer than mine did. I’ll be buying a different chair shortly. I cannot stand having ugly, cheap furnishings in my home. I work too hard and long to settle for below average quality.
