This is a good quality device that performs well and is well presented in its zipped soft case. Ideal for occasional use as it keeps the item dust free. It is very quiet in use and read all of my 400+ cd's perfectly for archiving.

Very easy just plug and play on my Mac pro, these have no external drives so this is necessary to write or read cd/dvds

Very attractive price for a smart, slim drive that comes in a padded case. Quite classy. Plug it in, and it just works. A little noisy, but all CD/DVD externals are quite noisy. Very happy with it.

I bought this because it has both types of USB connector and comes with a bag. The mechanism seems solid and it worked first time. I'd like the lead to be a fraction longer but it's no big deal.

I bought this to transfer physical cd's into digital format, which it does ok but the noise the machine makes is really quite loud, depending on the cd - most discs are quite loud, some are louder and some are silent - not sure why that would be but at the end of the day, it does what I bought it for.In saying that, it would be too loud a noise to have in the background whilst trying to watch a dvd through it, so I won't be using it for that!

Amazing product I brought this for the wife and me to use in our new business we building making cards as my laptop has no cd/dvd drive and some of our card making stuff is in dvds ect would recommend to anyone
