10/10 Love the mouse. Cheap yet it works as it should with full performance customization.
Love it. Smooth, works as it should and did what I bought it to do. The dpi can be fine tuned from anywhere between 50 to 16400. The led lights(on the sides and butt of mouse) can be adjusted to any colour you wish, it can also stay on constant, pulse at 3 different speeds or turn off. The brightness also has 3 settings being dim, med or bright. The only drawback for me is an aesthetic one; The led on the scroll wheel cannot be customized and represents the current profile the mouse is in. Which means the scroll wheel only has five FIXED led colors to choose from. They are Red, Blue, Green, Yellow and Magenta/Violet. What I did, and what you can do too as an owner or future owner of this mouse is to pick one out of the five presets that has the colour you like and customize that profile to suit your needs, be it dpi, secondary led colours(millions of different ones to choose from) button mapping etc. So for example I liked the red led on the scroll wheel the most, that red led is fixed to profile 5 for the mouse, so I picked profile 5 and customized it according to my needs. Its easy.As for drivers...people, dont make the same mistake I did. My rig doesnt have a CD drive so I simply went on their website to download the driver. The problem with doing this is that the driver they currently have on their website for the ET-T3(which is the model of this mouse) is not forward compatible, I downloaded and installed it only to see a "no device" notification in the interface(see my screenshots). Upon further inspection I noticed the version of the driver(also shown in screenshots) is V1.0.0.5, the mouse didn't respond to the settings I made to it, the led lights weren't changing to what I set it to in the interface. So what I finally did was use the disc that came with the mouse, copied the driver files off the disc and onto a usb using my laptop, then installed the driver off of my usb onto my pc. Remember I said earlier it has no cd drive. When I did this, the interface came up and the "no device" notification was gone also the driver version number was NOW V1.0.0.10 and NOT V1.0.0.5. This is what cause my problem and I fixed it. So for those of you that used the disc, keep it secure for future use or copy its contents onto your pc or flash drive because the online driver for it is outdated and will not work on this mouse.I think Easterntimes Tech should look into updating the drivers for the mouse on-line for people who have the mouse hooked up to a rig without a cd drive. If you're wondering whether this is a good mouse to buy or not, don't. I mean don't wonder on it...just buy it. Its inexpensive and does all what they advertised it does(and a bit more). The aesthetic also fits well with my keyboard which has a same shade red streak on it and the same colour braided cord, match made in heaven.

Great mouse, bad software.
The software it came with says that there is no device when the mouse is plugged in. I can't change the colors on the mouse nor can I customize it's settings.

Great for Right-Handed Gamers
The VicTec 16400 DPI high-precision USB wired gaming mouse is a really awesome looking mouse! I love the red on black coloring and the lighting just makes it more fun! You can get it to display multiple light colors, and once you install the software, you can get the lights to flash in pre-determined ways even during game play or working.I like the mouse, overall, and as far as a wired mouse goes, this is a fun and good one. But there are a couple of downsides to it, and I wanted to get them out of the way first--because they are the reason for the mouse missing one star and getting four instead of five. The mouse is very lightweight. It weighs almost nothing... it's easy to knock off the table or mouse pad because of this. It's not weighted and while it's precision and you can control the DPI and thus sensitivity of the mouse, because of how light it is, it's easy to jerk it and make movements you didn't intend.Another weak point: the software and instructions all revert to Asian characters (probably Chinese?) and using it in English is... well, more complicated. The good news there is, it's not hard at all to program the buttons to do what you want them to and it's not hard to figure out how to program it.It is wired, but then any good gaming mouse likely will be, since wireless creates lag and lag is not good. If you're not using it for gaming, the wired part might be bothersome--it has a LONG cord. Other than that, there aren't many super weak points for this mouse. The DPI is super easy to set. The colors are fun and it the lights are cool if you're gaming in the dark or just working on the computer. It's impressive to others when they ask about the lights and colors. The best part of it, though, is that you program the buttons to do what you want them to do. it takes a little while for your hands to get used to using it, but this mouse feels good in the hand. The groove that is set for putting the thumb in is comfortable.WARNING: if you are a left-handed mouser, this mouse will NOT work for you. There is a groove specifically for the thumb to fit in that will not switch to the other hand. I'm a lefty, but can mouse both ways, so I was a little disappointed to see it wasn't interchangeable and no left-handed version exists.I was given a reduced price on this product in order to evaluate it in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. This is my honest experience with using the mouse on my desktop computer.

Very smooth. For some reason the two other mice I tried on my work computer would jump every now and then. This one doesn't. Smooth and accurate.
