Won't span the width of a 2020 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado
This product is marketed for pickup trucks, but it is two inches short of spanning the inside of my 2020 Silverado 1500 truck. Worthless for my purposes.

You want to be sure not to over tighten the bar.
It was very easy to install. I used it to secure some larger furniture pieces from the passenger area in my 21 Pacifica. I had the middle seats stowed with dogs there, and wanted to make sure they would be safe from the other cargo. It worked perfectly. It might be helpful to add instructions on how to disengage the bar after use.Overall a terrific solution to my problem with open space in the van.

Easy to use; perfect for my F-150
I like the way you tension the bar using the ratchet. It help keep the bins I use to store things close to the tailgate and not slide back so that I have to get in to retrieve them. It is very easy to remove or reposition when necessary. I cannot comment on sturdiness because I am not using it for restraining heavy items. But I think it will be sufficient for most applications.

Work's Great!
The bar works great, just like it is supposed to do. I used it in a 2014 Toyota Tacoma to hold bins close to the tailgate. It's strong and easy to use and hasn't moved yet. The ratcheting is new, we had a bar years ago that you had to twist into place and it was a pain to take in and out. I would buy again if I needed to

Where's the beef?! Serviceable, but flimsy...
Bought to stabilize load in the back of our pick up. Overall they kind of do the job but they are very light-duty & pretty flimsy when extended across the bed — would be a lot better if they were more rigid and constructed of a heavier gauge tube.
