The usb port can be a little hard to open.

I had the same case for two and a half years, took that long to wear for a replacement. So easy to set up compared to separate screen protector cases. Not only that but somewhat waterproof.

Drop, throw, hit...this case takes a beating. Keeps water and sand out! 4yr old phone still looks and operates like new! Yes speaker/mic volume are affected, but Bluetooth equipment fixes that. Using fingerprint is difficult/impossible, but I've always had problems with that.

I have purchased this phone case twice and both times I've been very pleased. It's very durable.

Case protection is outstanding!. Water resistant testing passed.The USB C Port cannot accommodate thick plugs, seek a small to medium USB C head to use. Wireless charging not hampered at all.3 Stars as the fingerprint doublestick solution causes too many read failures. The round double stick disc comes pre-installed on the front side, merley take off the bottom sticker layer. There are no instructions and I used several of the included extra discs before I got it right. The double stick disc is necessary to read a fingerprint transfer. Without it, the fingerprint sensor will not respond. However the remaining touchscreen functions still work, I finally cut out the front clear plastic protective cover to expose the front of the phone, No more fingerprint read failures and the phone touchscreen response is also faster as Samsung intended.Unfortunately, making this modification compromised the water and dust resistance but the impact protection remains strong,Samsung should have kept a separate backside fingerprint sensor on the S21 as putting it under the front glass causes protective front case cover problems. Samsung also got rid of the heart rate/oxygen sensor and due to this downgrade, you now have to get the Samsung watch to make it available again. Grrr...

Not a fan of how they designed this case. I cleaned my screen with the included wet and dry cloths, peeled the little fingerprint sticker cover off and dropped my phone in. Unlike pretty much every other screen protector, this one only adheres to the screen at the fingerprint sensor, with a small round sticker. After I had everything together, I noticed this terrible haziness under the screen protector. There was no peel off film on the inside of the protector, except for the small, round fingerprint area sticker. I took it apart and pulled my phone out and the phone screen had streaks. The small round sticker also left adhesive residue over my fingerprint sensor that I had to scrub off. The screen protector was loose and kind of bubbly. Same for the back, which is a mystery. Why would you put a clear plastic sheet on the back of the phone. Do people need to look at the back of their phone?It is easy to hold. That's the one thing I will give it.I have no idea how durable it might be, because it isn't going back on my phone.

This case is very durable. There was no need for me to purchase the more expensive brand! I have purchased this particular case for every member of my household!

Lange I’m is best case. Phone very safe only problem is mic gets clogged with dust but not products fault

This is a good case for the cost it is solid when fitted dont use the finger print sensor so got rid of the irritating curcle on the screen the only gripe is fingerprints on back and front really shows them up after useConclusion a good strong case for the money the fingerprint curcle is irritating if you like me dont use fingerprint this case is recommended

The finger print reader doesn't work properly with Mty s21 ....can't get a full reading of fingerprint. Kind of disappointing.... their case for the s9 , the finger print reader did read.

Bought in may 2022 lasted 3 monthsThe 'glass' cover for the flash unglued it self and starting leaking.It is an unnecessary construction that leaves too many areas as a potential leak.Look for covers which are completely sealed in one peace 'glass'Just my advice

Looks good ,fits perfect and very durable.Exactly what I was after.
