Works as advertised - just
This, like any PopSocket, does make your phone easier to hold. I had no problem with the socket adhering to my S10 either. I also removed and reattached it a couple of times whilst I was getting it into position and it still grips fine. The only slight issue is that whilst you can remove the top and, in doing so, wirelessly charge your phone; it is worth noting that the base still stick out from the rear of your phone by about 5mm. This means the phone can rest on a vertical charging stand at a slight tilt and can prevent the wireless charging functionality working properly. This in turn means you have to spend a couple of seconds getting the angle of the phone 'just so' which does reduce the ease of use somewhat. I have this issue with both the genuine Samsung charging stand and a generic third party one to. That being said, if you want the functionality of a PopSocket and still want to wirelessly charge your phone, this is pretty much your only option. Consider getting the PopSocket car mount if you want to use your phone as a satnav etc in your car.

Not great for wireless charging.
I bought one of these with the detatchable part so that I could continue to use wireless charging on my Samsung S10... Sadly it didn't work... the phone wouldn't sit neatly on either of the charging pads I own and it wouldn't reliably pick up the charge. The socket just added a little too much bulk to the phone and I ultimately ended up removing it. It was also quite tricky to take the detatchable part on and off... You have to push in, twist it and then pull - but I'd often do so only to find it hadn't released. That said, if you are just after a handy grip for your phone and don't want to use wireless charging this is great. The removable piece allows for customisation - if you are willing to buy more than one design. Also if you use NFC be careful where you mount the popsocket as it will block the signal.

It sticks, but it broke, and it's not very good quality.
First impressions, nice packaging, fun to play with on your phone. Stuck to anything, my phone case is quite bumpy/textured and uneven and it stuck just fine. However after the novelty wears off it makes your phone uneven, won't fit in anything like car holders, and it's just very plastic-y and tacky, it wobbles, makes sticky noises and when I pulled it off one time, it split apart and won't go back together.Waste of money.

Bad Design
All is good, especially the look which is a lot more elegant in the appearance to the standard plain black PopSockets. My only qualm however is a big one and it’s that the design is very bad in that the centre of the circle has a slight point which causes it to never be stable whenever you place it flat on a surface - it will just keep spinning. I don’t know why they didn’t design it to be completely flat like their other designs...

This will make your phone wobble
Unlike most pop sockets, this one isn't flat. It is domed, higher in the centre. What this means in practice is that when you close tye socket and put the phone on a flat surface, it is then difficult to type on or click anything on screen as it will wobble under your finger.
