We nabbed this idea from our foodie neighbours across the channel. The sweet makers of Brittany have long known that adding a sprinkle of sea salt into caramel creates an intense, grown-up taste. Popular from the start (we can hardly believe it's been over ten years since we first tested this combo out). This fudge is possibly our most addictive flavour yet. We love to celebrate individuality, from our taste bud-tingling flavours and our perfectly irregular shaped pieces of randomness, to the wonderful variety of foodie folk who like to indulge in our sweets (that's you!). At the end of the day everyone is different.
