Project 7 Low Sugar Sour Apple Rings

I was hopeful but skeptical these would taste ok. I really wanted a sour candy that was actually sour and not just sugar coated. These are SOUR and I just love them. They are different but you immediately get use to it and get addicted to the flavor. I am blown away these packs have 18g of fiber! 🤯 and so little sour and carbs. They are pricy but are definitely worth the occasionally sweet tooth craving.

My old healthy alternative gummy changed their formula. I haven't eaten them since. I bough these and another flavor by the same company on a whim. I got them today and tried them immediately. I have a new gummy! Do they taste like their unhealthy counterpart? Not exactly, but it is a GREAT alternative and as far as low sugar and low net carb option they are FIVE STARS!!!!

As I sour gummy candy lover, I was excited to try these. I got both the Apple rings and the sour bears. I thought they tasted better than similar products on the market. However, a word of caution - it might be tempting to eat more than one bag at a time since they are only 60 calories, but be careful. They have a whopping 18 grams of fiber per bag, and unless you are used to eating tons of fiber, your stomach will not be happy!

These apple rings are soo good, they have the right texture and good amount of sourness. They are a great snack for fitting a bag into your daily macros as they are low in everything. They are something I look forward to if I am wanting a small snack during the day. And I feel they are a great price for the amount you get. I will keep buying!

My favorite daily Low sugar/Low carb snack! Pricey but worth it. We Subscribe & Save 2 boxes every month. Hoping the recent unavailability is due to bag redesign or they're gonna have a revolt on their hands!

So off the bat you get 8 small packs in a box. They’re pretty tasty. If you’re on keto and you you need a slight sugar dose, these will do the trick. However, these do have allulose in them which causes an upset stomach and abdominal pain. This is something I started to experience a few minutes after eating one bag. But if you’re willing to go through some stomach pain for a few hours go for it. Other than that I have no complaints.

They definitely don’t match the vivid color advertised on the packaging, but the flavor is incredible: mouth-puckering apple with a great texture. If you like sour candy, these are worth a try but they are actually sour not just the sweetened and dampened sour that you often get with sour candies. It was also great to see sour apple rings since peach rings are far more common.

These taste just like childhood lol They are a tad on the expensive side but once you taste them you see why it’s so worth it! We have probably bought these 5-6 times and don’t plan on stopping, hopefully this review doesn’t bite me in the behind ;)
