Wanted a gym mat with sufficient thickness to protect my elbows when doing planks. This is excellent at 15mm thick and is sturdy enough yet still soft enough. Carrying bag is a little flimsy but large enough so that the mat doesn’t tear it by being too tight. Would recommend

Bought for pilates. Cushioning great, so much more comfortable.

In comparison to my previous mat, this is so much more comfortable and easier on the knees with the extra thickness. It was recommended by another in our Pilates group. I was a little concerned that the surface looks shiny but it seems fine. It is, however, more difficult and challenging to balance on a thicker mat. The carry case is poor quality, the seam threatening to split after one use.

Bought two of these mats, they are perfect. Thick, yet soft. Comes with bag and strap. Great value! Highly recommend

After struggling with a thin mat and arthritic knees , having to use a rolled up towel during pilates, i decided to try a thicker one . Best move ever, it's comfortable, sturdy and a good length , the carry bag is a great idea but find the mat unravels abit and is a bit tricky to get out , but would still recommend

Bought for Pilates. Needed the extra thickness as I have osteoporosis. The mat is cushioned and is the advertised thickness. The length and width are not extra size as stated, they are standard, at 176cm long and 57cm wide but this was not important to me, as I am 5 foot 8 inches it is fine. I have used it for 3 sessions and it does not slip. I am pleased with it.
