I needed to smoke 15 racks of ribs and knew that my 3 rack smoker wouldn't do. I had a competitors version of this upright rack and used it with full rib racks. For bulk cooking I split the racks in half and ended up being able to smoke 7 racks at once. I think these did great. I have a masterbilt vertical smoker and had to increase the temp and time because it was literally packed.

Nice for roast, short for large rack of ribs.
Works great for roasts in oven grill smoker. Flip it for ribs. works for short ribs baby backs. But if I use full racks of ribs they fall over. Wish the product came in different heights or sizes. Maybe they do an I didn't notice.

Exactly what was needed
Very sturdy and easy to use and clean. Thick stainless steel rack that is great for cooking roasts and racks of ribs without cooking in own drippings.
