This has definitely helped with pain in my wrist. We're not sure if its osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, carpal tunnel or a combination. If I wear it too long it will add to my discomfort instead of relieving it. Its trial and error.Works great throughout the day and is comfortable and not restricting to wear during my workday. I have a desk job and type all day long. This is excellent for desk jobs as it keeps the wrist stable, but the hand and fingers movable to keep working. It is comfortable to wear throughout the night as there are times that I will wear it while sleeping to keep my wrist stable and help with swelling and pain.

I purchased one earlier this year and it is fantastic. The part which has the hole my thumb goes through is tapered, so that the band wraps smoothly around the base of my hand without excess fabric bunching up. The part that goes around my wrist is wide enough to support my wrist. Easy to clean. Excellent product, just sad I can reorder another one.

this just sits below the wrist and tugs on the thumb. this design offers no support.

I wear a larger one with a steel plate at home but, this is perfect for a busy job, less cumbersome. My hand is more free. It helps to keep my wrist straight, less pain. I think it is helpful for anyone with tendinitis, arthritis, & carpel tunnel.

I have been wearing a brace at night for a while but it wasn't helping. Wearing this brace has reduced my wrist pain from being on the computer significantly while I'm working

Perfect size and comfortable. I use the wrap for support of my wrist which needs surgery to correct an abutment issue. When I need to wear it at the barn while tending to my horses, I slip the top half of an old athletic sock over the wrist guard so it does not need to be washed daily!

Offers good support & pain relief. Would buy again.

I have rheumatoid arthritis in both wrists with limited mobility and range of motion. The Icewrap wrist support provided enough support while allowing use of hands making it easier to complete daily tasks. Would recommend to anyone needing light support.
