Was skeptical but this is amazing! Also low carb - this mixes great with almond milk and P2B for a great after workout drink.

I have been regularly lifting weights for going on nine or so months now. While I have been able to eat enough protein to help fuel me during my workouts, I still have not been ingesting the amount that I would like. I use to drink protein shakes regularly, but have not been able to as of late due to finding out that I was allergic to a lot of the ingredients in those protein shakes...the biggest culprit being soy. The problem for me is that I had to either choose from ingesting something that I was allergic to, paying an arm and a leg for the same basic product without the extra allergens put in, or just discontinuing use altogether. So I chose the latter and tried to replace it with high protein foods, which was not always an easy thing to do. Then I came across this and purchased it to give it a try.As indicated above, this whey protein powder does not contain a single ounce of soy lecithin, soybean oil, or any other soy derivative. It comes packed with 20 grams of protein and only 3 grams of sugar per each serving. The container has a total of 22 servings, which should be able to last you a little under a month if you only take it once a day. The price is more expensive than I would have liked for only 583 total grams of powder, but compared to some of the other soy-free protein shakes out there...I really cannot complain too much. The powder mixes quite evenly and the banana flavor is actually pretty tasty. You still get that protein taste that is in all of them, but the banana seems to mask it pretty decently.Note: I purchased this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review, and this IS my honest and unbiased thoughts on this product.
