Tastes like brown sugar and dates, not a mole! Having eaten mole negro at several restaurants in Oaxaca, I can say that this is not mole negro.

Fabulous taste and quality
What a delicious product! We've enjoyed Mole Negro from Casa Mole on both chicken and steak for really tasty meals.
