Good- but not a main course choice for this family
Fig-based mole that is a twist on the traditional packaged simmer sauce. We tried it in a recipe where we usually choose Rogelio Bueno and we were satisfied. After much discussion, we decided that it might be better as an accent to roasted veggies or to flavor a rice/couscous dish but not as a centerpiece offering.
