I have used it several times so far. It does the job as described. It sticks very well, however if you take the shoes off several times a day, do it slowly or it will peel off from either side of the pad. All in all, it is recommended.

Don’t work at all, there is no grip and the surface is smooth so foot still slides out of the shoe.

It doesn't feel like there's an extra piece in your shoes but for sure it will prevent your ankle from getting damaged by low neck formal shoes. Just buy it.

These are exactly what I needed when my shoe heels wore away and now the shoes are comfortable.

My daughter tears up the heel cups of her shoes unless I put these in. If I get them in the right place, they stay forever! Helps alot.

Sticky enough but quite thin. More of just a protection like a band aid to avoid calluses. Will not completely increase tightness if you are looking to make a loose heel tighter to fit.

I thought maybe I applied them wrong because my heel was still rubbing against the shoe. I tried moving the cushion but after a day the cushion was set and started ripping off in pieces.Just be sure you have the right placement when you are sticking it on.
