Didn't work keeps going of even when u cough dog barks with it on

Would have been good if it only went off when my dog barked

Anti Barking I bought this device and I found it very effective on the dog I have which is a large breed a Gordon setter it works very well on him but I have two other dogs and there is no affect on them.
