The Holy Quran English Translation Audio Audio CD – 1 Jan. 2014

It is indeed MP3 format and it will play in my player. I find it to be very informative and easy on the ears. One must remember it is a translation and some words and phrases may not translate "perfectly" over to english, however I now have a better understanding of the Holy Quran and an appreciation for it's virtues and values.

This exceeded my expectations. A family member is legally blind and can't Qur'an during Ramadan. Unfortunately, I could not read to them everyday. This was perfect and in a voice that was easy to understand and great intonation. All we had to do was play the tape and let Instructor Benjamin Bilal read to her.

1) Disk 2 has a flaw at the very, end and I could not finish listening. There seems to be no remedy for this. The production and packaging are amateurish.2) Listening to this book was the most mentally painful time I have ever spent. I love God and worship Him alone. But Muhammud goes too far when he says that God hates sinners and will get entertainment by torturing them.3) Know this, oh reader, by definition, Muhammud is an Antichrist, since he claims several times in his book that Jesus is not God's son, was not crucified and then risen to heaven.4) On that fateful day, Muhamud will be judged by his own words. Thank God, it is not my duty to judge.5) I pity the people who have been deceived by this self proclaimed prophet. A prophet can be validated by whether the things he prophecies come to pass, others by miracles they perform. A prophet does not need to tell anyone he is a prophet, he simply is, and it is obvious by what he says and what happens. Further, Muhammad's message does not harmonize with the other prophets of the Bible of whom he claims to be the ultimate.6) I could write a book on the things that are wrong about this book, yet Muhammad claims several times that it is perfect.

Hoping to use it next Ramadan to soothe the environment!!

I like. Wish the voice wasn't as stiff but its good!
