OK, I took a flyer on this. However, the unit does an excellent job. I originally used all three heads to clean up the ridges, generally shape the nails, and then buff the nails to a nice shine. BTW, I'm a man and now buff the nails to a smooth luster. I don't really want my nails to appear as though they have a clear coat, as my first attempt did. Now, I can just shape the ends, then buff the nails again. The ability to reverse the direction of the head's rotation is a definite plus. I'm actually quite pleased. If the unit had more power, I'd probably grind the nails down too much, too quickly. I typically use the slower speed, anyway. Just use your common sense and work on your nails carefully. Don't try to remove too much at a time. There's always another time.

Easy to use. I use and wash my hands a lot, so I was throwing my money away on manicures. they would only last less than a week. This is a life saver. Way better then using the block ones. Follow the instructions step by step and your nails will have a healthy shine. it takes less than ten minutes. It also great for men, I use it on my boyfriend who refuses to set foot in a nail salon.

Very easy to use and the reverse spin for right or left hand is great. At first I was slow to get my rhythm of the spinning wheel but, it does a beautiful job. I am a senior lady and my nails have been a problem, peeling, jagged edges and ridges. I have used the filing method with different sides that do what this little machine does, it takes much longer and the results aren't always what I wanted. With the nail buffer, it is quick and the nails are smooth, shaped and shiny ...........So glad I purchased this nail care system

I have been doing my nails at home mostly to save money... and this electric nail buffer is amazing and gives you super professional clean polished nails, and saves so much time in your at home manicure routine! I wish I would have found this sooner. It was also a great price and has refill buffers that you can purchase. Hopefully the buffers last awhile. Super happy with this purchase.

It does a good job of grinding down the nail bed, and buffing but not so well on filing the nail. I always have to hand file my nails afterwards.

It does work, but no better than a file designed to do the same thing that you can purchase anywhere and for less.

My wife said she loves this system. It does a good job on her nails.
