When I look to buy something new - It takes me an age to make a decision - to buy this projector I started about 1 year back. I looked at loads of them, but couldn't decide, it seemed like they where all about equal so I gave up. More recently a garden project prompted me to start again with the same result except that I now found the Missyee Mini DLP Projector, which I liked the look of so gave it a try. I arrived very quickly. When I first opened the box I was impressed by the build quality of not only the projector, but of all of the accessories (case/Tripod/Remote and power supply) they are all very tactile and user friendly. With it being a mini projector I was not expecting much from the brightness - just that it would be fit for purpose, but when I first turned it on I was amazed at how bright it actually is and how clear the image projected was. Note that when you first turn on there is a boot musical intro, which if you want to use in a tent you might want to turn off in the settings (I did) also there is a slight pause before the lamp fully lights (not long about a second or two) It worked first time after a charge up with a fully up to date android 9 OS (no update) The screens are all easy to navigate and installing new apps is straightforward.So far I've tried it in the following modes (HDMI to PC / USB Hard drive to the projector / Screen mirroring from my phone). There is also an option to use it as a blue-tooth speaker, this I noticed when I went to shut the protector down with the remote - also tried this the sound is excellent crystal clear and very loud if you crank it up.Would recommend this projector to anyone its a little more expensive than some of the other ones I looked but well worth it.

I took a chance and purchased this DLP projector with only one review on Amazon and little to be found elsewhere on the internet.First impressions were positive, the projector arrived in a quality carry case with several useful accessories including a mini tripod, HDMI cable, remote (2 AAA's required) and AC adapter, which all fit in the case.The unit itself is smaller than I'd anticipated, and much smaller than the LED projector it replaced, and without the whirring of a cooling fan.It was easy to set up, the supplied tripod making it easy to align the image on the projector screen, 60" in my case.The image for movie watching is really good compared to my previous projector (which always appeared washed out), obviously not of HD TV quality but very good nonetheless with good contrast and brightness even in the presence of some ambient light.The integral stereo speakers are perfectly adequate and can be supplemented with external speakers either wired or Bluetooth.The projector can apparently connect via Miracast to a smartphone, which will be useful. Media apps can also be downloaded from Play Store and stored in the local memory.It has a built in battery which is good for two hours...have the AC adapter close by if you're watching Schindler's List!All in all this was a great purchase, I've yet to play around with all the features but doubt I'll be disappointed.

The great thing about this Mini projector is that it is portable with no need for extra wires, which I love. It is great for watching movies on a large screen. The resolution is good in a dark room, however For daylight use the quality is questionable.The battery life is fair.We also purchased the Nebula which we gave back. When put side by side this one seemed to be exactly the same in terms of quality, sound quality was better and you get a lot more for the price with the stand, remote and case all included. The only difference was the interface on the nebula. Also unlike the nebula, I liked the way you can use the buttons on the top of the projector instead of the remote. It does not have the google chrome function, however we downloaded the airscreen app. It can be hit and miss but most of the time does the job.This may not be as good as a plug in high end projector but a great projector for home use.This is good quality and fit for purpose but maybe not suitable to every day extensive use.

Very rarely do I buy something without first reading the reviews but in this case I have made an exception. I have been checking out mini projectors for some time and decided to try this one. It’s size, weight and appearance are what attracted me and it certainly looks and feels like a far more expensive item. To say I have been pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I am not technically minded but I had this up and running in under 5 minutes. I bought a screen to go with it but that is now surplus to requirements as it is easier just to project straight on to a light coloured wall. The picture is sharp and the sound superb. I was going to bluetooth it onto a sound bar but there is no need as the stereo speakers are more than adequate. It comes with a quality tripod although I have not used it yet and a good hard case making it truly portable. I have even projected a picture onto the back of our Motorhome so we will be able to watch it whilst camping- a charge lasts around 2 hours so is adequate for most films. Beware though you cannot charge it from a 12v source! Finally I have to say I’m impressed by the Customer Service. I had an issue setting up the sound as it will not work with any Dolby System. My emails were responded to quickly and my problem(connecting a Firestick) was solved. I would recommend this projector to anyone.
