The first day I used it , after loading it up and placing it in the back of my pickup truck , the additional weight of my tools seemed to be overwhelming the load capability of the wheels. The very first tine I loaded it, the entire wheel was broke and popped off. After all these years using tool boxes and loading I’m so surprised that the product failed so quickly. The tool box itself is pretty sturdy, but the handles that interlock the boxes when you stack them are made of this flimsy plastic material. I'm trying to work with the seller to get replacement parts, left two messages so far with no response. If I don't get a response within a few days I plan on returning for refund. I paid too much for this to break before I've even had a chance to use it.

I have purchased this product twice, and am due for a third. I am a house call groomer who travels from house to house and I need to carry a variety of equipment and supplies to set up my “salon” in each location.Despite some defects to the design, this is still my best rolling toolbox option. The telescopic handle CANNOT handle weight. Both toolboxes’ handles broke quickly. I rely on the top handle to pull the whole contraption around. It’s not designed that way, but it works. The plastic parts of the design are the weakest; the side latches have to be replaced any time the hinge on them breaks (I purchase additional sets through customer service at Trinity, online). On the first box purchased, the plastic frame around the top of the bottom portion of the box also cracked after the first year of heavy-duty use. This forced me to purchase a second box, which has lasted for two years of heavy-duty use. (Keep in mind, I’m probably rolling around 60+ lbs of stuff, as well as loading and unloading into/from my car, dragging it up stairs and supporting it down stairs, going over various terrain, etc.) The wheels also have occasionally come off their rod after the box has been dragged sideways too much. (Again, not something it’s designed for, and easy enough to fix if the proper hardware can be found at the local store.) Given the available options for rolling toolboxes, this fulfills my needs and is simple to fix and replace parts when necessary.
