Great Flour for pasta and pizza dough
I ordered the flour to make pasta and it makes great pasta. I also started adding it to pizza dough and I think it adds great flavor, texture and makes for a nicer pizza after cooking. The crust is better than with straight bread flour or All Purpose flour. I'll buy more.

I made pasta as soon as it arrived - delicious
The grind is nice and fine and the flour is definitely semolina because of how it behaved when I kneaded, rolled and cut it. The resulting pasta was just fine! After the fact, I noticed there's a basic pasta recipe on the bag which I did not try this time (I used my old recipe) but next time I'll give it a shot, as it's pretty similar. Remember that you need to keep your pasta dough pretty dry, drier than, say, a pie crust.

Do not improvise
Semolina is for making pasta and pastalike dishes, it too heavy to be used as a cake flour, I already tried. You may use a half cup only in a pound cake, the rest should be flour. There is no taste that I found other that what I added to my recipe. Enjoy your pasta meals.

The secret to making pizza dough you can handle easily.
Have been making homemade pizza dough for years and using a recipe calling for semolina flour really makes a huge difference in the texture of the dough and the ability to stretch out the dough..

Excellent pasta at the right price.
Excellent. We own a Philips pasta machine and we were buying a local brand, more expensive and not as good as this. We cook a lot of pasta of all types. It's priced right.

MAKES AWESOME PIZZA DOUGH!
I made the best pizza crust ever using a 50/50 blend of this Semolina Flour and Bread Flour! The crust was crispy and chewy just like pizza from a restaurant! Love it!💕
