DEWALT DWHT83191 Small Trigger Clamp 4-1/2 Inch

Ansich eine gute Klemme, jedoch sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten von der Kraft. Das ist nicht für größere Sachen geeignet.

Does the job, but not as great quality....slightly different model as my other mini 4.5" Dewalt trigger clamps. The clamp's metal shafts were both slightly bent on both clamps. And the ends on both clamps, are screwed in, but they still wiggle slightly (unlike my other, 4.5" model clamps.) The clamps don't move very well either. But good enough for what I need them for. Buyers beware, check clamps more throughly (in plastic packaging,) before you open, so you can return them? I didn't expect as well as I should have, thinking "It's Dewalt, they should be pretty decent quality?" Since I tore open the packaging, its too late to return, so I'm glad I got them on sale! Not worth full price for this quality; I was expecting more from Dewalt, and from other brand products I have of there's this would be a good item too? Not so much the case in theses mini 4.5" Dewalt trigger clamps. Good Luck!

I do a lot of small wood projects and was looking for a good sturdy clamp to use on them. These are well made, but they don't have as much clamping force as I'd hoped. They hold pretty well, but still allow some movement in certain situations. Will probably have to use a larger clamp to get the strength I was looking for. Overall not a bad clamp, easy to position and tighten but not quite as strong as I was looking for.Update: 1/4/20 After using these for a couple of months I've found I like them more now, enough so that I bought 2 more, I am still a little disappointed with there power, but I really like their design. The other small clamps I'd been using were the "button" release kind which are kind of a pain, especially with aging fingers, These are the bar type which is much easier to use when sliding the clamp in to position to tighten or to release. Still not a 5 star, but at least a 4 1/2.
