I adore this brand. It’s a great size to travel with and is light enough to pack freely. It’s also sturdy enough to write without a hard Lenes surface underneath. The page count is exactly what I need. I like the two bookmarks and the back pocket insert. The pages don’t allow ink to bleed through and the color is classic. Overall it’s worth it.

I bought this product for junk journaling, and it is perfect! It is a good quality product all around - soft, flexible, durable, high-quality paper, and it was the perfect size for my needs. There are a ton of colors too! It is worth the price.

Nice quality

I've been scrapbooking and junk journaling for a couple years, and have used many types of journals and composition books for my hobby. When Is aw the Leuchtturm1917 recommended on social media by other journalists, I went ahead and ordered it for myself. Wow - it beats all the other journal books I've ordered, The quality is unmatched, and I filled it completely full, so it was very durable and great quality. This is the only book I'm going to be using from now on for my hobbies. True Story.

I bought this to compare to my moleskine that is similar in size. This one: the paper is thicker, love that the pages are numbered with a table of contents, and the cover is stiffer. Con: It’s harder to lay flat, though it does with a little work. The moleskine lays flatter but the pages are thinner and not numbered. They’re both good and comparable. I know I’ll be happy with this one.

I was unsure at first whether to make this purchase because of the price point, mainly because I've purchased moleskin products at a similar price, and not been impressed by them. The same does not go for the LEUCHTTURM1917 products. I've been very impressed by the craftsmanship, the paper, and the dot grid visibility. The soft cover binding stays out of the way as well. I will be purchasing more of these in different formats and sizes in the future. Excellent for gel and fountain pens.

These journals are attractive, sturdy, and come in a number of different paper styles, cover types, sizes, and (most importantly) colors. I used to be a Moleskine loyal but after picking up this variation on a whim I'm a convert--this is the fifth that I've purchased in a year between retail and Amazon. The journal is sturdy enough to take out on hikes and backpacking trips, yet attractive in its simple design and beautiful rainbow of colors to look "in-place" at a business setting or a coffee shop. And, the high quality brand has additional products in their line to help you journal, author, or draw. Highly recommend!
