Great quality and price. There are about 6 different modes to choose on the control/Solar box. Easy to use. We have only had the lights for a few days so don’t know what they’ll be like long term. This review is for the lights on the back fence. We have since bought another set to run down the side

The lights themselves are not bad. My problem is that the night after I’ve set them to be ‘steady on’ they default back to ‘Combination’ I.e. flashing. I really didn’t want flashing lights. Emailed seller and was told they don’t have a memory function. I think the problem is that when the battery runs flat (every night) it goes back to the default setting (flashing). I upgraded the battery but that didn’t help.Rather annoying as I spent ages setting them up and cable tying. For me it was money wasted.

These lights are decorative and they do a very good job of that, they will not light up your garden like a spotlight, the battery and solar panel are excellent, even in low light they will recharge, I haven't had them long enought to see what they are like during the bleak mid winter, but I won't be in the garden much then in any case. They have a USB plug so they can be powered that way if you need that, it makes no difference to the brightness, powering them this way or from the battery pack. Please note the lights are not 30ft long, probably more like 20ft, with a 10ft lead to the solar panel/battery box, a bit misleading but now you know so it won't be a problem. I like them, they do exactly what I wanted and so far seem pretty robust.

I have 2 sets of these lights attached to a pergola, one works brilliantly and the other doesn't seem to keep its setting. Every day we have to go out and change it from flashing to static, which is rather irritating. Once we've sorted this, however, they are rather lovely. They don't give off much light, but they look pretty.Update. The lights have been installed for just over 3 months and one has stopped working completely. Not ideal. For this reason I've lowered the review to 2 stars

Lights delivered Sunday and was so excited I put them up on the fence straight away. They didn’t light up Sunday night but I assumed there hadn’t been enough sunshine to charge them up. Tried again last night- Monday. Still don’t light up.Have played around with the cable / the switches / the settings. No joy. So gutted as they looked so pretty online. Can’t return as I disposed of the packaging on Sunday when I set them up.

I’ve had the lights up for a few weeks now. They have not stood up well to the Scottish weather. One light fell off the wire and another is not working. The bulbs have water inside them. They did not work for over a week when they got soaked. I have tried setting the function to just “on” - no flashing. This does not work either. The lights insist on going through all the functions every time they switch on. At times they are manic!!! Would not recommend.

Lights do not come on I have tryed for 2 days I got 4 of them 3 come in the other on does not come on no matter what I tryed

I bought 2 sets of these in July and loved them. They look great, have shone every night, but less than 2 months later, several bulbs have gone and there seems to be no way to replace them. I'll need to buy a new set of lights which seems ridiculously wasteful. I'd really expect them to last longer than a few weeks. Definitely won't buy again.
