Low Carb Bread Rolls x 6 Pack - Only 1g Carbs/90g roll (NO SOYA, NO Wheat, NO Palm Oils)

I'm accustomed to the flavour of fat and fibre carb substitutes and know that they have a special taste and let's face it - it's not wheat bread . I've tried making my own keto bread a few times and it's been ok. This stuff is great.Plus: It smells like bread and feels like bread and has an oven baked taste. I was immediately going yum yum as I opened the box. I was in ketosis after eating this bread with a keto fried chicken and salad meal so it's meeting its low carb/sugar objective in my diet. I also like the high fibre from chia and linseed.Neutral: It is very dense, doesn't tear like bread, it's similar to a strong wholemeal bread (which isn't a bad thing).Negatives: none really - it's too valuable to share with non keto people.I tested the bread with others in the family that aren't on my "fad diet" and they weren't rushing to swap their regular bread but there were no complaints. I had less favourable reaction to the bread that I had homemade (which to be fair they did actually eat despite the put down).Update: it is good as a burger. A nice very juicy burger with lots of running cheese and it was brilliant. It’s not a sesame seed bun but it’s the best burger I’ve had in a year and I’ll definitely do it again.I think it's a good pairing to fatty/wetter foods. Like butter and cheese. I'm not sure I'd use it with a burger as it's a flavour of its own which can be enjoyed but might overpower a burger. Linseed (flaxseed) is the main flavour I got and I like that taste.All in all I like this stuff a lot and will probably buy it again. I ate my first roll with some cultured butter and it was a great treat. Shame it's not a bit cheaper but I guess that's the effect of small batches and cost of delivering fresh products.I'm storing mine in the freezer as it's too valuable to waste.Thanks to the creators of this product for making something special. Delivery was just a day later than predicted over the bank holiday.

Theses are horrible I orded these on the reviews mine came very dry and very chewy horrible taste nothing like the reviews that are uneatable as for them being a alternative to bread you may as well eat playdo and call that an alternative theses are nothing like bread the sell has coverd them selves by putting on the add there not the same texture as bread there nothing like so think before you order as you may find your wasting money on crap I contacted the sell and all I got back was sorry there not your taste the fact is there un eatable

The rolls are very filling and you really are ok on just one roll. The taste for me was not bad and at less than 1gm of Carbs - maintaining the daily intake of 21 net carbs a day will hardly be a struggle.What scared me about the rolls though, was that each came in at about 275 kcal!! Where I work I have no means to keep my lunch cool. Especially, on keto when a lot of the food I consume is meat. In the hot weather it's not ideal. These tasty little beauties are a game changer. They are great tasting, they have a great texture and they are bigger than they look in the images. One bun with boiled eggs on, fills me right up. Unfortunately, I have one gripe. How much the buns cost. It's a shame. Due to the cost I won't be purchasing as many as I would have liked. However, I would highly recommend the product.

Very good flavour like wholewheat bread. Nice to be able to have a large roll 1g of carbs while on a keto diet. Its worth knowing the principle ingredient is gluten so the rolls are very spongy in texture. They also tend to getting mould so need to be stored out of the plastic packet. They toast well.

I was disappointed with these. The taste wasn't bad or good...it was mostly tasteless...a bit like cardboard really but that didn't bother me too much if it meant I could have a sandwich for a change...what annoyed me most of all was just how difficult they were to eat because they are extremely chewy...it made for eating my sandwich to be a chore so sadly, I was unable to enjoy this bread.Also, I know it's not easy for independent shops to sell cheap food, particularly specialty foods like low carb bread so I understand it being a bit more expensive but two packs for £14 (I bought two to share with family and they also did not like the bread). It's a shame because the last keto bread I purchased was far too thin...I can never seem to find one that is just right. Some day, perhaps

These rolls taste so good, they are perfect for a keto treat. Obviously they are pricey but just a quick look at the ingredients and you know to recreate at home would be more expensive, the number of trials they must have done to create this product makes the price understandable.We love these but I warn you, one is probably enough but you'll enjoy it no matter what. We've had three deliveries so far and not one roll had disappointed.Recommended by us!!

Lovely rolls , tasted like real bread , i can normally eat half a loaf of bread a day , but one roll was sufficient, fills you up , would buy these again , only down side was the price £9.99 for 6 rolls , tried making them myself but didnt taste as good as yours
